Work You’ll Do
Manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services for information technology projects to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the information technology project proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Driving Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services, in the Financial Services, Healthcare, or Telecom industries;
- Assisting in setting Oracle engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams, and identifying changes in scope;
- Developing and implementing large-scale data ecosystems using data management, governance, and integration of structured and unstructured data, leveraging Oracle subscription billing solutions, and Cloud or On-Premise Unix platforms;
- Assessing existing information systems to identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, and providing application analysis to meet Oracle architecture and infrastructure goals;
- Leveraging automation, cognitive, and science techniques to manage data, predict scenarios, and drive operational efficiency via data ecosystems maintenance, sourcing analytics expertise, and providing offerings for improvements; and
- Providing analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms, using Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) publisher, and Oracle R12.
