Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Dallas, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage Information Technology advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the Information Technology proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

  • 50% Travel required nationally.
  • Telecommuting permitted.

Requirements

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Managing and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client's business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP Commerce Cloud;
  • Working across phases of the Agile Methodology and Waterfall methodologies, including design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Commerce Cloud for Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C);
  • Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP Commerce with downstream applications, using SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) and SAP S/4HANA in the client's landscape;
  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Internet Sales, SAPUI5, Spring Framework, JavaScript, SQL, and PL/SQL;
  • Managing project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft (MS) Excel, Box, and Confluence;
  • Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Internet Sales, SAPUI5, Spring Framework, JavaScript, SQL, and PL/SQL;
  • Performing SAP Commerce Cloud production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing ServiceNow and Jira; and
  • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using Jira, ServiceNow, Bitbucket, Git, and Eclipse.
