Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Atlanta, Georgia and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage information technology projects for SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

  • 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of related work experience. Will accept a bachelor’s equivalent based on any combination of education, experience or credentials as determined by a professional evaluation service. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Managing and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP Hybris Backoffice, Order Management, Front Office, CMS, and Cockpits through Extension and Addons;
  • Working across phases of the Agile framework, including requirement analysis, proposing future state architecture and integration design for solutions for enterprise-level clients, and utilizing SAP products for Ecommerce, Sales and Marketing;
  • Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP Hybris Ecommerce components with 3rd party applications in the client’s landscape;
  • Leading large-scale SAP Ecommerce projects implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
  • Managing project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing SAP CS Cockpit, ADO, and JIRA;
  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing Azure ADO, MS Visio and Azure Workbench;
  • Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Azure ADO, and Tech Design WIKI; and
  • Performing SAP Hybris Ecommerce, Product Catalogs, Search Algorithm, Checkout, Backoffice, and Integrations production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing SAP Hybris Studio, ADO tracker, and Customer Cockpit.
