Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including Oracle software advisory implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools and techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the information technology project proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Jira, and HP ALM to participate in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud advisory and implementation services in the Financial Services, Health Care, and Life Sciences industries;
- Participating in all phases of the Agile project delivery and software implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle solutions for enterprise-level clients;
- Conducting business process workshops, utilizing Agile methodology to understand current business processes, and outlining future processes in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and Benefits modules;
- Developing technical system requirements using SQL Developer and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI);
- Participating in assessments of current legacy systems and business architecture, utilizing gap analysis templates to design Oracle HCM Cloud system landscapes;
- Performing Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and Benefits modules production rollouts, and providing user manuals, training, and post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing Agile methodology;
- Developing functional specifications for custom developments, creating process flow diagrams and interfacing with external systems via Oracle Fusion Middleware; and
- Participating in the tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Agile methodology.
