Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Seattle, Washington and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise, utilizing Oracle products. Manage and deliver components of information technology project engagements to create business solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures of Oracle modules. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Must also have 3 years of related work experience involving each of the following:
- Utilizing Eclipse, XML, XMLSpy, XSL, Postman, JavaScript and Object-Oriented methodologies to manage software development and implementation services of Oracle Advertising and Customer Experience (CX) Applications, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Oracle Sales Cloud, and Oracle Commerce Cloud;
- Utilizing Jira, Microsoft (MS) Excel and Visio, to gather and configure Oracle system requirements into functional design;
- Participating in day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors, and developing and maintaining contact with key decision makers;
- Tracking application defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing Jira and ALM;
- Participating in business development initiatives, including proposal development and contributing to development of proposal pricing strategies, statement of work (SOW) and client proposals, and managing deliverables for all phases of implementation projects for Technology, Manufacturing and Telecom industries, utilizing MS Office tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project;
- Participating in full life cycle of complex implementation projects, utilizing Oracle modules CPQ, Sales Cloud and Commerce Cloud, and building custom applications, utilizing JavaScript;
- Conducting training sessions to facilitate Oracle systems knowledge transfer, including creating training materials and reference guides; and
- Participating in business transformation, on-going operations, and maintenance services for the full suite of Oracle software solutions.
