Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the information technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies for information technology projects. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Must also have 3 years of related work experience involving each of the following:
- Utilizing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools, including Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS), Data Management, and Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE) to provide software advisory and implementation services for clients in the LifeSciences and Healthcare (LSHC) and Insurance industries;
- Participating in all phases of Agile project delivery and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Oracle EPM tools for enterprise-level clients;
- Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state and to-be systems, processes, and environments, utilizing Accelatis, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM) tools within Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
- Participating in Unit Testing, Systems Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Performance Testing, and Parallel testing cycles, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Project, HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Jira, and MS Azure DevOps, to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
- Reviewing codes and providing recommendations for solution implementation, utilizing Agile sprints; Setting up Continuous Build (CB), Continuous Integration (CI), and source code management to achieve fully automated CI/Continuous Delivery (CD), utilizing Oracle EPM tools, including Oracle PCMCS, EPM Automate, Oracle DRM, and Enterprise Data Management Cloud Services (EDMCS);
- Resolving technical issues during project rollouts, utilizing Agile sprints and Parallel Testing cycles; and
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs, utilizing HP ALM, MS Azure DevOps, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
