Work You’ll Do
Oversee the creation of innovative and transformative Cloud-based technology solutions that address clients’ next generational needs in connection with information technology projects; create effective IT visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives. Manage service excellence by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement of information technology projects. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Lead the information technology project proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities; manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have four (4) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and six (6) years of related work experience. Will accept a bachelor’s equivalent based on any combination of education, experience or credentials as determined by a professional evaluation service. Position requires four (4) years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Overseeing the end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud, to include the design and development of Salesforce ecosystems, Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, and Cloud Integration, using Salesforce standard and custom APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services;
- Overseeing the design and implementation of data management, governance, and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), leveraging MuleSoft, Informatica, and Boomi;
- Leading stakeholder and communications management processes, including risk and issue escalation and executive reporting;
- Leading Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Cloud CPQ professional services teams that specialize in building a scalable cloud ecosystem;
- Overseeing the planning of engagement scope, project budgets, and staffing, and managing project economics to ensure maximum profitability;
- Leading, developing, and delivering business development activities, including client proposals, pricing and Statement of Work (SOW) creation, Requests for Proposals (RFP) responses, Point of View development, and eminence;
- Leading and implementing business transformation initiatives, utilizing the Salesforce ecosystem; and
- Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices.

Annual Salary: $242,000 - $254,100
