Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Provide software advisory and implementation services to help bring world class Supply Chain network capabilities, operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities for Supply Chain network optimization. Help define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Assist in the research of user reported issues with software systems, identify root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms. Help manage the complexity inherent with technology change, from requirements planning to architecture, and testing to deployment, helping to link their IT programs to organizational goals. Drive operational efficiency by maintaining data ecosystems, sourcing analytical expertise and providing offerings for continuous insights and improvements.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
• Designing and developing data validation processes, performing data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps, utilizing Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Purchasing, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Manufacturing;
• Utilizing Oracle SCM Purchasing, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Manufacturing for requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementing, and deployment, to link IT programs to organizational goals;
• Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing Agile Methodology, Accelerating Implementation (AI) Methodology, and Oracle SQL Developer;
• Gathering functional and technical requirements, developing business process workflows, and analyzing and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions to meet clients’ needs, utilizing AI Methodology, Agile Methodology, Kanban Framework, and Waterfall Methodology;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state and systems processes and environments, utilizing Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and Phased Cutover Approach;
• Performing System Integration Testing (SIT), Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Smoke Testing, Pre-Deployment Testing, Load Testing, Functional Testing, and Business Process Testing (BPT) to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
• Defining requirements, use cases, product management, and functional specifications, utilizing MD050 Functional Design Document and Functional Design Document BR-100; and
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with Oracle SCM Purchasing, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Manufacturing and third-party engines.
