Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Specialist in Lake Mary, Florida and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Develop Cloud-based software and technology solutions, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and systems development life cycle. Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Recommend, design, and implement Cloud Computing, IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), Managed Cloud, Server Virtualization, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Desktop as a Service (DaaS) solutions. Participate in various aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Help facilitate continuous business improvement by planning and monitoring solution enhancements, upgrades, support packs, and scheduled functional releases. Help coordinate and manage test strategies, user behavior analysis, metrics and reporting.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Analyzing critical user reported issues with software applications, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams, utilizing Salesforce Developer Console, Salesforce Lightning Inspector, Salesforce Audit Trail, Salesforce Developer Experience (SFDX), Eclipse Integrated Development Environment (IDE), and Visual Studio Code;
  • Working across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall project delivery life cycle for the design, development, and implementation of applications based in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, MuleSoft;
  • Using Cloud Platform knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Security Management, Validations and Flows, Lightning framework, and Salesforce Web Services for the design and development of cloud solutions, and in the performance of project-related responsibilities;
  • Assisting teams in deployment to environments, including development, testing, and production for Salesforce based applications, using GitHub, Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline, Visual Studio Code, Change Sets, SFDX, and Eclipse IDE;
  • Troubleshooting development and deployment issues by debugging apex code, Lightning web components, Visual force pages and interpreting logs, utilizing Visual Studio Code, Salesforce Apex logs, Audit Trail, batch error logs, Event monitoring, and Application logging framework;
  • Translating complex business requirements into user stories for the technical team to develop and leading refinement with business teams and engineering teams to clarify requirements, utilizing Jira and Microsoft (MS) Office tools; and
  • Performing critical revenue impacting data updates and data conversions to ensure data integrity across systems, utilizing Data Loader and Workbench.
