Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Specialist in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Provide SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Work to improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Design and develop data validation processes, perform data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps using SAP software data quality and data profiling tools to rectify data redundancies and anomalies. Help manage the complexity inherent with technology change, from requirements planning to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond, helping to link their IT programs to organizational goals, while utilizing SAP modules. Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document. Support the creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
• Working across phases of the Accelerated SAP (ASAP) and Agile Methodologies, including preparation, go-live and maintenance for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP BASIS, SAP HANA, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP), and SAP FIORI modules;
• Translating business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirement specifications, use cases, mock-ups, process maps, and workflows leveraging tools, including SAP Product Availability Matrix, SAP Software Provisioning Manager (SWPM), and SAP Software Update Manager;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using Maintenance Planner, SAP Product Availability Matrix (PAM), and SAP SWPM;
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using Microsoft (MS) Excel, MS Teams, and MS Outlook;
• Creating screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing SAP SWPM, SAP SUM tools;
• Building, configuring and monitoring interfaces to integrate SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) with 3rd party systems;
• Facilitating requirement gathering, to-be process flow confirmation, design workshops, Regression, Performance testing workshops, and cutover support for client meetings, utilizing HP ALM, MS Office; and
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with SAP HANA, SAP ECC, SolMan, SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server (SLT), utilizing Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), SAP Graphical User Interface (GUI), HANA Studio, Linux, and Windows.
