Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Specialist in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Create innovative and transformative solutions that address clients’ needs and improve performance by determining the appropriate talent and workforce structure and transform their workforce practices in ways that lead to significant savings, a leading edge on competition, and greater efficiency. Engage in research and analysis to measure and articulate the value of organizational activities, programs, and investments and provide actionable solutions using methodologies to measure, govern, and evaluate performance. Create Deloitte customized information architectures, user flows and journeys, personas and scenarios and wireframe artifacts; facilitate workshops and user testing sessions that meet business goals and ensure a positive user experience.

  • 15% Travel required nationally.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Will accept a bachelor’s equivalent based on any combination of education, experience or credentials as determined by a professional evaluation service. Must also have 1 year of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Defining, building, and implementing programs to drive strategic change, organizational design and governance, culture, and technology adoption solutions, utilizing Workday for global clients to enhance their Human Resource Information System (HRIS);
  • Defining, building, and implementing enhancements to HR processes and structure, utilizing SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), and Workday Global and USA Payroll;
  • Writing user stories for developers and testers containing business and functional logic and design requirements and performing user, functional, and design testing, utilizing Jira and ServiceNow;
  • Creating business case decision models and customer financial models, and executing process mapping, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Suite, MS Office 365, and MS Access;
  • Assisting with the full project lifecycle, including analysis, functional specifications, system configurations, design, and testing, utilizing MS Suite, MS Project, MS Visio, and Jira;
  • Assisting with requirements gathering workshops, and interfacing with client stakeholders to gather functional requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into solutions for organizational development and change management, utilizing Workday Payroll Solutions, Workday HCM Solutions, and MS Suite;
  • Tracking and reporting project milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing MS Project, MS Suite, MS SharePoint, MS OneDrive, MS Teams, and Zoom; and
  • Conducting stakeholder interviews and focus groups by performing data gathering sessions, workshops, and discovery sessions to understand clients’ current-state process and programs, and outlining future-state processes and programs, utilizing MS Access, MS Teams, MS Suite, Zoom, and Jira.
