Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Specialist in Gilbert, AZ and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Perform software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing SAP products. Gather SAP project requirements from the business; perform current state system analysis, document requirements and create technical and functional specification documents for application development. Translate SAP system requirements into functional design, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design techniques to finalize system design. Design, configure, test, and support SAP business modules to develop technical objects, including modules and reports. Build, configure, and monitor interfaces to integrate SAP business modules with 3rd party systems.

  • 15% Travel required nationally.
  • Telecommuting permitted.



Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have 1 year of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Utilizing SAP ABAP and Fiori technical skills to provide software development and implementation services;
  • Creating screen mockups and user interface (UI) storyboards and conducting sessions to finalize system design, utilizing Fiori, Module Pool and Web Dynpro tools;
  • Designing, developing, configuring, testing, and supporting SAP Business Process in SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and FICO (Finance & Controlling) modules;
  • Building, configuring and monitoring interfaces to integrate SAP S/4 HANA, ECC and central finance systems with 3rd party systems using Flat File, BAPI’s, AIF Framework, SLT , .Net Connectors and ALE IDOCs;
  • Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code to be used for application development in FI Sub Module, including Asset account, General ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable and Project systems; and
  • Developing post implementation go-live support environments, constructing the transition plan from the project team to the support team, and supporting and maintaining the client applications and technology infrastructure, utilizing ABAP, AIF and Fiori debugging tools and methods, and SAP Enhancement tools and including Badi, user exits , BTE, and implicit and explicit enhancement.
