Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Manager in Lake Mary, Florida and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage the creation of innovative and transformative information technology project solutions that address clients’ needs, and improve performance by determining the appropriate talent structure, transforming their workforce practices in ways that lead to significant savings, a leading edge on competition, and greater efficiency. Manage day-today interactions with executives and sponsors, and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Manage teams that provide industry insight and analytical support in connection to information technology projects, using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Manage aspects of the information technology project proposal development process and contribute to the advancement of pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices.

15% Travel required nationally.

Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Managing teams that define, build, and implement programs that enable the success of transformation goals utilizing Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud, PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleTools, as well as leveraging Microsoft Project, Jira, and ALM Octane;
  • Managing teams that define, build, and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure by employing Oracle HCM Cloud, PeopleSoft HCM Applications, Agile, and Hybrid Agile Waterfall project management methodologies;
  • Working across all phases of the Workforce Transformation project delivery lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement solutions for enterprise level clients using Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow, and IBM Rational Portfolio Manager (RPM);
  • Interfacing directly with clients to gather and analyze requirements to support Workforce Transformation project design through use of Oracle HCM Cloud, PeopleSoft HCM Applications, PeopleTools, and Jira;
  • Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state organizations, processes, and environments specific to organizational design, workforce capacity and competencies, training, talent acquisition, and development;
  • Generating and delivering project and workstream status reports to internal and external stakeholders, and leading onshore and offshore team members, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables in Workforce Transformation projects; and
  • Performing end-to-end project testing of technology and functional deliverables including performing Unit, System Integration (SIT), User Acceptance (UAT), and Service Rehearsal testing utilizing Jira, LoadRunner, IBM Rational Functional Tester (RFT), and ALM Octane.
