Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Designing and developing data validation processes, performing data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps utilizing SAP Business Objects (BOBJ), SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS), and Microsoft (MS) Office
  • Driving the development and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems, including data management, governance, and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate

insights leveraging SAP Business Warehouse (BW), SAP Finance (FI), S/4HANA, and Oracle database;

  • Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, and MS Office;
  • Working across phases of the ASAP Methodology Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC), including Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go Live, and Post-Production Support, for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) and Data Migration modules;
  • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders utilizing SAP Landscape Transformation Replication (SLT), Jira, and Agile;
  • Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing SAP Funds Management (FI-FM), Travel Management (FI-TV), and Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), using Remedy;
  • Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Finance and Control modules, Agile, Scrum, SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), SharePoint, and SAP Enable Now; and
  • Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans and configuration documents, utilizing Jira, HP ALM, and SAP Activate to communicate project tasks for implementation of SAP S/4HANA projects.
