Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Drive the development of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and systems development life cycle. Participate in the delivery of comprehensive network transformation projects; help achieve the most out of existing infrastructure. Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud, by driving the design and development. Drive various aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; and estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

  • 15% Travel required nationally.
  • Telecommuting permitted.

Requirements

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Utilizing tools including C#.NET, SQL Server 2005 and 2012, BizTalk Server 2016, Business Rules Engine (BRE), Microsoft Azure Logic Apps and Amazon Web Services (AWS) with Agile methodology to perform data cleansing, data conversions, interface design, and interface development;
  • Performing aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues utilizing Agile methodology using tools including C#.NET, Structured Query Language (SQL) Server 2005 and 2012, BizTalk Server 2016, Business Rules Engine (BRE) and Microsoft Azure Logic Apps;
  • Designing, developing, monitoring, and alerting solutions to identify potential issues originating due to misfunctioning of the interfacing applications and coordinating effective resolution using BizTalk 360 reporting tool and using Splunk queries for monitoring, reporting, and creating Dashboards;
  • Designing and deploying end-to-end cloud infrastructure using Gitlab automation and Powershell scripts, and BizTalk MSI files;
  • Performing root cause analysis and documenting results using BizTalk Server, consuming Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) and Representational State Transfer (REST) Services;
  • Performing application and data migration by architecting frameworks for standardization and automation using Powershell and Unix scripts; and
  • Deploying custom developed application, including process design, prototyping, code development and review, unit testing, performance testing, configuration, defect management, production deployment and training and disaster recovery, utilizing BizTalk Server 2016, C# .NET, Mulesoft, Kubernetes, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), Apigee Gateway, and The Information Bus Company (TIBCO) suite of Products
