Work You’ll Do
Drive software design and development services to help companies address Supply Chain business processes and other business needs, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, and testing to deployment, as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Drive assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities for Supply Chain network optimization, including baseline and optimized scenario modeling, center of gravity analysis, sequential objective optimization, landed cost analysis, scenario comparative assessment, and sensitivity analysis. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scopes, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams, and identify changes in scope. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document. Support the creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Configuring and customizing PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), PDM (Product Data Management), and CAD (Computer Aided Design) Tools for implementation to automate product design and development processes to enable digital manufacturing;
- Analyzing, designing, and developing solution architecture for end-to-end PLM implementation projects;
- Utilizing PLM modules, using Change Management, Requirement Management, Configuration Management, Variant Management, Workflow Management, and Vault Management, for efficient product design and development processes;
- Integrating PLM systems with ERP systems, MES Systems, and CAD tools, utilizing CATIA, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX, and Creo;
- Designing and developing applications, using C++, C#, Java, HTML, XML, XSLT, JSON, Data Model Design, DBMS, and SQL Scripting;
- Performing Webserver configuration and web application deployment, using Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, and Internet Information Services (IIS);
- Utilizing Kanban, Agile, and Scrum software development methodologies in multiple project implementations; and
- Creating technical proposals and technical documentation, and devising Unit Test Cases and Integration Test Cases for multiple PLM implementation projects.
