Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Gilbert, Arizona and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Candidate must also have 2 years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Working across the Project preparation, Blueprinting, Realization, Configuration, Testing, Final Prep, Go Live and Production support phases of SAP ASAP implementation methodology for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) module;
  • Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, leveraging FitGap analysis and the ‘As Is-To Be’ model;
  • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders, using HP ALM, MS Project Management, MS PowerPoint, and Excel;
  • Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing SAP HCM;
  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional & technical requirements and analyze & translate requirements into project designs, to deliver SAP solutions using ASAP, Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies including Momentum Methodology for HCM implementation;
  • Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans, and configuration documents, utilizing MS SharePoint, Google Drive, HP ALM, and MS Teams to communicate project tasks for SAP HCM implementation;
  • Creating technical & functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing MS Office Suite;
  • Mentoring junior team members, monitoring team workloads, and engaging directly with client stakeholders to meet project expectations.
