Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Manager in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Oversee the design and prototype of customer-facing growth strategies and innovation portfolios to enable global Fortune 500 companies to drive innovation and achieve new market/industry penetration in targeted geographies. Oversee the design of product pricing strategies, go-to market planning, and public launch solutions by analyzing data from competitive intelligence, marketing, and finance. Lead interactions with executive and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Lead marketing initiatives, including providing support to proposal teams, developing work and methodology approaches to respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs), writing proposals, and conducting surveys. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (willing to accept 3-year US or foreign degree) in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field and 6 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must have 4 years of related work experience involving each of the following:
• Overseeing the coordination and management of onshore and offshore teams focused on specific workstreams of engagements;
• Leading stakeholder and communications management processes, including risk and issue escalation and executive reporting;
• Overseeing the planning of engagement scopes, project budgets, staffing, and managing project economics, to ensure maximum project profitability;
• Supporting talent development initiatives through participation in leadership teams and supporting recruiting activities;
• Partnering with stakeholders to outline a common understanding of the strategic vision for the engagement;
• Overseeing project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Gantt charts and Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint;
• Managing, developing, and mentoring staff, assessing engagement performance, and performing year-end reviews; and
• Utilizing Where-to-Play & How-to-Win framework, Innovation Ambition Matrix, Ten Types of Innovation framework, and Design Thinking approach to lead the design of customer-facing growth strategies, product pricing strategies, go-to-market planning, and public launch solutions.

Annual Salary: $236,038.00 - $339,000.00.
