Work You’ll Do
Lead the creation of innovative and transformative solutions that address clients’ needs and improve performance by determining the appropriate talent structure and transform their workforce practices in ways that create significant savings, a leading edge on competition, and greater efficiency. Lead day-to-day interactions with executive and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Manage service excellence by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Manage aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities; manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 4 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Leading teams that define, build, and implement programs that enable the success of transformation goals utilizing MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word;
• Leading and delivering complex global workforce transformations for clients across industries;
• Setting overall direction and governance on the project team structure, implementation schedule, roles and responsibilities, and expectations from project resources, risk and issues escalation and mitigation, change management, and stakeholder communication, utilizing PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
• Supervising project progress, evaluating metrics and milestones, anticipating workload, and adjusting the resource plan as per client goals and objectives;
• Overseeing performance of current state assessments of data and analytics capability for large global organizations, conducting capability gap analysis, and developing roadmaps to implement future state processes;
• Leading in the design and implementation of operating models utilizing key account management framework to solve complex business problems, including end-to-end relationship management issues;
• Overseeing all phases of the Workforce Transformation project delivery lifecycle including design, develop, test, and implementation of solutions for enterprise level clients, utilizing PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; and
• Providing periodic performance feedback for team members and providing input during mid-year and end of year appraisal reviews.

Annual Salary: $184,500.00 - $307,500.00.
