Work You’ll Do
Lead information technology projects for the creation of innovative and transformative technology solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients within Technology, Media and Telecommunication sector. Lead vendor assessment for content management of Technology, Media and Telecommunication sector companies by creating vendor selection framework, conducting demos, road-mapping, and pricing assessment. Manage service excellence by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Lead the proposal development process and develop pricing strategies. Help secure relationships with targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities. Manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.
• 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 4 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Developing practical strategy solutions and methodologies, as well as "thought-ware" and "point-of-view" documents, and participating in public speaking events, utilizing hypothesis-driven problem solving, market analysis, customer research, and quantitative modeling;
• Leading engagement planning by defining deliverable structure, content, and delivery, while managing risks and quality of delivery, utilizing hypothesis-driven problem solving, risk logs, Gantt charts, status reports, and workstream plans;
• Organizing and leading pursuit teams, leading proposal development efforts, and contributing to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities;
• Executing client’s deliverables, including implementation roadmaps, pilot execution plans, business model changes, and innovation charters, per business specifications and agreed timelines;
• Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices; and
• Developing and executing networking strategies, sales tracking mechanisms, pitch presentations, and analysis documents aimed at increasing client engagements, using Microsoft (MS) Word, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint.

Annual Salary: $255,944.00 - $339,000.00.
