Work You’ll Do
Lead the creation of innovative and transformative technology solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients within Technology, Media and Telecommunication sector. Lead vendor assessment for content management of Technology, Media and Telecommunication sector companies by creating vendor selection framework, conducting demos, road-mapping, and pricing assessment. Manage service excellence by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Lead the proposal development process and develop pricing strategies. Help secure relationships with targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities. Manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 4 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Leading engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content and delivery while managing risks and quality of delivery, utilizing Mercury Customer Relationship Management (CRM) which schedule, track, and visualize upcoming tasks, while capturing and monitoring new tasks to ensure the maintenance list reflects project and client needs;
- Organizing and leading pursuit teams, leading proposal development efforts, and contributing to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities;
- Executing client’s deliverables, including performance reporting, design and architecture, Security Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Resource Management per business specifications and agreed timelines;
- Utilizing Software Defined Networking (SDN), Network Functions Virtualization (NFV), and open-source Network Operating Systems (NOS) in leading initiatives to design scalable and technical solutions;
- Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis for developing solutions for client challenges, utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), Salesforce, IBM, and Oracle to identify data trends for predictive data analysis, and modeling, and formulating business metrics;
- Developing practical solutions and methodologies, developing "thought ware" and "point-of-view" documents, developing the client network, and participating in public speaking events utilizing Register Transfer Logic (RTL) Generation, SAP, and Microsoft (MS) Access;
- Conducting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions in eliciting requirements and translating business problems into solutions; and
- Overseeing information technology projects, including development and implementation, that improve clients’ business environments across the enterprise utilizing Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Software Development Product Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall development methodologies.
