Work You’ll Do
Lead information technology projects including the creation of innovative and transformative solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients within Life Sciences & Healthcare sector. Partner with client’s stakeholders in pharmaceutical / medical devices / biotechnology industry to identify their needs, finding the most suitable analytical solutions for information technology projects and providing recommendations. Develop assets and methodologies, develop points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral in key areas such as drug portfolio strategy, IP valuation, pharmaceutical operating model design, physician and patient segmentation, drug launch and commercialization strategy, market access strategy with payers and providers. Lead vendor assessment for content management of Life Sciences & Healthcare sector companies by creating vendor selection framework, conducting demos, road mapping, and pricing assessment. Manage service excellence by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall information technology project engagement. Lead the proposal development process and develop pricing strategies. Help secure relationships with targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities. Manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 4 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Leading onshore and offshore teams that provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, custom business models utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) tools, Lucid charts, Miro, erwin Data Modeler, SIPOC, and Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model;
- Leading engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content and delivery, while managing risks and quality of delivery, utilizing MS Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Organizing and leading pursuit teams, leading proposal development efforts, and contributing to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities;
- Executing client’s deliverables, including Master & Reference Data Management vendor assessments, Data Governance tool vendor assessments, Maturity models, Benchmarking Analysis, Data Catalogs, Business Glossaries, and Data Quality profiling reports, per business specifications and agreed timelines;
- Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices; and
- Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis for developing solutions to client challenges, utilizing Tableau, Power BI, MANTA, Syniti, and WorkFusion Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Express Pro.
