Job Description

Oversee information technology projects, including the creation of innovative and transformative Cloud-based technology solutions that address clients’ next generational needs; create effective IT visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives. Manage service excellence of information technology projects by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Lead the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies for information technology projects. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities; manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

· 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of progressive related work experience. Must also have 4 years of related work experience involving each of the following:

· Overseeing the end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud, including Workday SaaS and Informatica Cloud Data Integration Services (IICS) design and development of Cloud messaging, ground to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services;

· Overseeing the design and implementation of data management, governance and integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights, leveraging Workday and Informatica for data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC);

· Leading stakeholder and communication management processes, including risk and issue escalation and executive reporting;

· Leading teams in Workday migration project engagements, for legacy Financial and Human Capital Management (HCM) business processes to Cloud, and leading Informatica Cloud Data Integration Services (IICS) for real-time and batch data processing between systems;

· Overseeing planning of engagement scope and objectives, project schedule, budget and staffing plan, scope and change management and managing project economics to ensure maximum profitability;

· Developing and delivering business development activities, including client proposals, pricing and Statement of Work (SOW), managing Requests for Proposals (RFP), and driving vision for eminence activities and talent development; and

· Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices.
