Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Drive software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing SAP products. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Drive the design, configuration, test, and support of SAP business modules to develop technical objects, including module and reports. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing SAP Software Provisioning Manager (SWPM), Eclipse Integrated Development Environment (IDE), and Micro Focus Quality Center (QC), to drive software development and implementation services of SAP S/4HANA 1909, Business Warehouse (BW), Master Data Governance (MDG), and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI);
• Driving various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for SAP implementation, which include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, and escalations and urgent issues, using Lucidchart, SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), Performance Tuning, ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management), Jira, and Wireshark;
• Building, configuring, and monitoring interfaces to integrate SAP CPI, Data Intelligence, BusinessObjects (BO), Data Services, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and Process Orchestration (PO) with 3rd party systems;
• Developing Technical Design Documents (TDD) from Functional Design Documents (FDD) for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Form (RICEF) objects, utilizing SAP Activate methodology, Landscape Management (LaMa), ABAP, ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC), and Readiness Check for SAP S/4HANA;
• Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, and designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients, utilizing SAP Rapid Data Migration, HANA Database Administration (DBA), SAP Add-On Installation Tool (SAINT), LaMa, Support Package Manager (SPAM), and S/4 HANA Migration Cockpit;
• Performing product life cycle management design and development, using SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Maintenance Planner, Product Availability Matrix (PAM), and SolMan; and
• Driving the design of SAP S/4HANA, BW, SAP Cloud Platform (SCP), SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM), Microsoft (MS) SQL Server, and Oracle Database 11g for integration, and working with offshore development teams to develop solutions.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
