Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Atlanta, Georgia and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Drive innovative and transformative solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients. Develop future-state business process and key design decisions for Information Technology and Operational environments. Conduct market analysis, including determining current and future competitive environments of business entities. Conduct technical enablement assessment to determine key process and organizational gaps in current business environment. Analyze industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial market information, key players, and industry trends. Analyze financial statements and budgeting processes to identify cost levers for reduction and optimization. Assist clients in developing a shared services organization and improving back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes.
•50% Travel required nationally.
•Telecommuting permitted.
•Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have two years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires two years of related work experience in each of the following:

•Designing enterprise, customer and operating model strategies and advising clients on how to grow their business and achieve target cost structures, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom;
•Developing and documenting internal business services processes and metrics consistent with six sigma and lean methodologies, utilizing Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) methods, Architecture of Integrated Information Systems (ARIS), and MS Visio;
•Providing clients with industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling to produce analysis and algorithms utilizing, MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, and American Productivity & Quality Center (APQC);
•Working across all phases of the Finance Transformation & Global Business Services for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients;
• Developing integrated operating model strategies by assessing a client’s business challenges, needs, and gaps, diagnosing root problems, and recommending an asset-leveraging focused solution using MS Project;
• Designing and implementing transformations, enhancements, optimizations, and improved business processes that are flexible and resilient to changing operational strategy;
• Designing and developing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics of clients, utilizing Knowledge Performance Indicators (KPI) Scorecards, MS Excel, and Tableau; and
• Analyzing and visualizing data, drawing insights, and recommending solutions to specific client challenges, utilizing MS Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
