Work You’ll Do
Drive innovative and transformative solutions that address supply chain needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives. Provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, innovative business models that create and capture value for the organization, supported by a strong operations and supply chain foundation. Develop a shared services organization and improve back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes. Drive business case analysis to understand opportunities for supply chain cost optimization. Assist in the delivery of organizations’ critical programs by enabling them to make better business decisions on the cost, schedule, performance, and risk. Analyze various industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial market information, key players, and industry trends.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Architecting enterprise, customer and operating model strategies and advising clients on how to grow their business and achieve target cost structures, utilizing Value Chain Analysis, Balanced Scorecard, Lean Six Sigma, and Demand Forecasting;
- Supporting the development and documentation of internal business services processes and metrics in a manner consistent with six sigma and lean methodologies, utilizing Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC), Control Charts, 5S and Kaizen methodologies, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM);
- Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling to produce analysis and algorithms, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Excel, and Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, and Blue Yonder;
- Analyzing financial statements and budgeting processes to identify cost levers for reduction and optimization, utilizing Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB), Regression Analysis, Scenario Planning, and Ratio-Variance-Trend Analysis;
- Utilizing Cloud Computing, Horizontal and Vertical scaling, and Agile methodology to provide scalable and available designs to provide technical solutions;
- Capturing business requirements through workshop sessions, creating high-level design documents, and implementing analytical solutions using the Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound (SMART) methodology, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems including SAP and Blue Yonder;
- Working across all phases of the Hybrid Agile lifecycle for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients; and
- Modeling, designing and developing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics of clients, utilizing Tableau, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Annual Salary: $119,025.00 - $198,375.00.
