Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Chicago, Illinois and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Drive Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions in the Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, State and Local Government, Telecommunications, and Retail industries. Improve the ability to react in the digital world and enable innovation and scalability, remove performance barriers, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with Oracle-based solutions. Participate in setting Oracle engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document. Support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have two years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires two years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Financials to provide Oracle software advisory and implementation services for the Life Science industries;
• Driving the development and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance, and integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights, leveraging Oracle Functional Set Up in Payables, Cash Management, Receivables, Payments, and General Ledger;
• Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing both Oracle Cloud’s Software as s Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS);
• Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools, including Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and Financial Reporting Studio;
• Working across all phases of the invoice approval hierarchy and invoice hold workflow project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle Business Process Management (BPM) solutions for enterprise-level clients;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing Lucid Chart, Functional Design and Technical Design documents, User Acceptance Test (UAT) Scripts;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions, using Oracle Procure to Pay and Order to Cash cycles; and
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing ServiceNow and Jira Dashboards.
