Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Houston, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Drive the designing and prototyping of customer-facing growth strategies and innovation portfolios to enable global Fortune 500 companies to innovate and achieve new market/industry penetration in targeted geographies. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Organize and determine customer profiles, campaign management, and offer management, and differentiate service offerings to demonstrate Deloitte’s capabilities. Identify and address the unique needs and challenges of various customers. Analyze digital platforms and engage users from different demographics in order to assess the risk potential for negative user experience. Generate innovative ideas and participate in decision making with engagement management. Build and nurture strong client relationships. Assume responsibility for small components of engagements; contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that products and deliverables comply with the contract or work plan.
• 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Designing and developing product pricing strategies, go-to-market planning, and public launch solutions by analyzing data from competitive intelligence, marketing, sales, customer success, and finance, utilizing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Regression Analysis, Customer Churn Analysis, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Sentiment Analysis, and Natural Language Processing (NLP);
• Driving the design of Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards, including Pricing Waterfall Analysis, Funnel Progression, Customer Segmentation, Margin Scatter Plot, and Price Bands Analysis and developing advanced dashboard functionalities, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Power BI and Tableau;
• Performing data manipulation, analysis, and modeling and developing data charts, data lookups, array functions, thinkcell graphs, and planning and optimization models, utilizing SQL, Pandas, Numpy, SciPy, ScikitLearn, Tensorflow, DataBricks and PySpark;
• Performing analytics and building visualizations, including dashboards, trendlines and statistics, maps, geocoding, data manipulation, visuals and data analysis of whale curves, dispersion graphs, and heatmaps, utilizing Matplotlib, Folium, Plotly, and Seaborn;
• Determining marketing strategy using analytics insights for Automobile industry to advise on demand generation and campaign strategies based on market benchmark, customer segmentation, marketing funnel assessment and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis;
• Leveraging Linear and Logistic Regression, Gradient Boosting, Predictive Analysis, Neural Networks, Statistical Models, and Time Series Analysis to design experiments and testing methods in order to assess effectiveness of different digital marketing approaches and optimizing marketing strategy;
• Building, maintaining, and improving data infrastructure to support marketing Business Intelligence (BI) efforts, utilizing GitHub, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Batch, Jenkins, and Apache Airflow; and
• Mentoring junior practitioners by providing feedback, sharing project experiences, and supporting network-building.
