Work You’ll Do
Drive innovative and transformative solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients within Technology, Media and Telecommunication sector. Develop future-state business process and key design decisions in critical strategic and operational areas. Conduct market analysis, including determining current and future competitive environments of business entities. Conduct technical enablement assessment to determine key process and organizational gaps in current business environment. Analyze industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial market information, key players, and industry trends. Analyze financial statements and budgeting processes to identify cost levers for reduction and optimization. Assist clients in developing a shared services organization and improving back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have two years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires two years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Leveraging market research and third party reports in advising clients on emerging trends, processes, and practices for Technology, Media and Telecommunication sector clients;
- Providing support in developing and documenting internal business services processes and metrics in a manner consistent with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, utilizing capability maps;
- Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling to produce analysis and algorithms utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visual Basic for Applications (VBA);
- Capturing business requirements, creating high-level design documents, and implementing analytical solutions using Sigma;
- Developing integrated operating model strategies by assessing a client’s business challenges, needs, and gaps, diagnosing root problems, and recommending asset-focused approach using focus groups, interviews, surveys, and social listening tools;
- Designing and implementing solutions, enhancements, and models that are flexible and resilient to changing operational strategy; and
- Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis for purposes of developing solutions for client challenges, utilizing MS PowerBI (Business Intelligence), Tableau, and Domo.

Annual Salary: $124,950.00- $208,250.00
