Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Nashville, TN and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams, and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data and process models, utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft (MS) Visio;
  • Working across phases of the Agile and Waterfall methodologies, planning, requirements analysis, design and prototyping, development, testing, implementation and integration, operations and maintenance including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Hybris Commerce, Back Office, Product Information Management (PIM), and Web Content Management System (CMS);
  • Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and MS Excel;
  • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using Jira, Confluence, and MS Excel;
  • Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing SAP Hybris Commerce, Back Office, PIM, and CMS;
  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions using SAP Hybris Commerce, Back Office, PIM, CMS, Jira, and Confluence;
  • Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing SAP Hybris Commerce, Back Office, PIM, CMS, Jira, and Confluence; and
  • Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans and configuration documents, utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow to communicate project tasks for implementation of SAP Hybris Commerce, Back Office, PIM, and CMS projects.
