Work You’ll Do
Drive innovative and transformative solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies, and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients within Financial Services Industries. Bring deep payments content experience across the payments processing, acquiring, and gateway sectors of the industry. Apply experience advising clients in a consulting capacity on debit, credit, ach, wire, check, prepaid, and emerging methods of business to business and business to consumer payments. Drive vendor assessment for content management of financial services companies by creating vendor selection framework, conducting demos, road-mapping, and pricing assessment. Analyze industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial market information, key players, and industry trends. Analyze financial statements and budgeting processes to identify cost levers for reduction and optimization. Develop a shared services organization for clients and improvise back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Architecting enterprise, customer and operating model strategies and advising Banking and Capital market sector clients on how to grow their business, and achieve strategic intent of the merged entity by utilizing post-merger value capture realization tools for planning and tracking synergies for Finance function, post-merger Finance Integration, and support end-to-end program execution;
- Working and supporting across phases of the merger and post-merger integration, including identifying and analyzing impacts, developing mitigation response for any risks and gaps, planning and providing production, and post-implementation support;
- Developing integrated operating model strategies and target state roadmap for Banking and Capital market sector clients by assessing their business challenges, needs, and gaps, diagnosing root problems, and recommending an asset-leveraging approach to drive cost savings and avoidance and reduce technical debt by rationalizing and standardizing their technical asset portfolio, embedding reusable and modular microservices, and automation in enterprise architecture;
- Capturing business requirements, creating high-level design documents, and implementing functional solutions within stipulated timelines using Agile Methodology and functional knowledge of financial services industry, capital markets, asset classes including equities, and derivatives, and regulatory transaction reporting;
- Designing and implementing process improvement solutions for clients that are flexible and resilient to changing operational strategy; and
- Training and mentoring junior practitioners.
- Annual Salary: $163,000 - $171,150
