Work You’ll Do
Drive software development and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Drive the evaluation of technology needs, develop customized applications and draft technical and functional design documentation. Identify and mitigate risks in process and technology for engagements. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design. Gain exposure to multiple industries and service lines while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by engagement follow-on opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Performing aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, defining user stories, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues, utilizing Atlassian Jira and Rally;
- Designing and developing applications, utilizing HTML, JavaScript, Apex Classes and Triggers, and Salesforce (Visualforce Pages, Custom Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components) to meet functional needs for software applications;
- Building integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems, using integration patterns ESB, Publish/Subscribe (Pub/Sub), Point-to-point, batch, singleton and Salesforce capabilities, including Outbound Messaging, REST API, SOAP API, OAuth, and SSO (Single Sign-On);
- Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code in Salesforce;
- Leading and communicating with development team to design and implement solutions, following defined code standards, developing, writing, and reviewing code, and writing Unit test classes to achieve code coverage, utilizing Salesforce Developer Console, IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio Code, Sublime Text, Eclipse and Apache Maven;
- Participating in project team meetings, supporting Quality Assurance testing and defect resolution, and communicating with cross-functional stakeholders to report on project milestone status; and
- Delivering and deploying custom developed applications for clients, including prototyping, code development, modularization, Unit testing, configuration, defect management, and production deployment, utilizing Apache Ant, Salesforce DX, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Git.
