Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Atlanta, Georgia and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Working across the Discover, Blueprint, Realization, and Deployment phases of SAP ASAP and Activate methodologies for the design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients;
  • Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, process, and environments, utilizing SAP ASAP Implementation Assistant (IA), Best Practices Explorer, Product Availability Matrix, and Activate framework for guided configurations and Business Process Master List (BPML);
  • Driving requirement gathering, planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing SAP Activate and HP ALM to implement SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO), S/4 HANA, and Advanced Available-to-Promise (AATP) modules in client environments;
  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions, utilizing SAP Best Practices Explorer and SAP Model Company;
  • Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments; and
  • Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans, and configuration documents, utilizing SAP Solution Manager and SAP Activate tools to communicate project tasks for implementation.
