Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Pleasanton, CA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions

  • 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Will accept a bachelor’s equivalent based on any combination of education, experience or credentials as determined by a professional evaluation service. Candidate

must also have 2 years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Designing and developing data validation processes, and performing data analysis and data profiling to identify data gaps for SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) modules using SAP Landscape Transformation and SAP ChaRM (Change Request Management);
  • Driving the development and implementation of largescale data ecosystems, including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights, leveraging SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Ariba, and SAP S/4 HANA data model using BODS (Business Object Data Service);
  • Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models for SAP SCM modules;
  • Working across phases of the Project life cycle, including Project preparation, Business Blueprinting, Realization for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Material Management (MM), SAP Inventory Management (IM), SAP Master Data Management (MDM) and SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) modules;
  • Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state systems, processes and environments using SAP Best Practices Industry Print solutions with Agile, ASAP, and SAP Activate methodologies;
  • Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, for SAP SCM modules utilizing SAP ChaRM;
  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions using SAP SCM, SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing and Procurement, SAP MM, and SAP IM modules, and integrating with SAP FI (Finance), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution); and
  • Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans and configuration documents, and communicating project tasks for implementation of SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management), SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing and Procurement, SAP MM (Material Management), and SAP IM (Inventory Management) modules.
