Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Specialist in Morristown, New Jersey and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Drive software testing and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions in the insurance, financial services, healthcare, state and local government, telecom, and retail industries. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities; understand business use cases and draft test cases that describe system requirements, entry criteria, and exit criteria. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, and coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope. Research user reported issues, identify root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Drive test estimation, test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting as well as coordinate testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Must also have 2 years of related work experience involving each of the following:
- Reviewing test cases and performing System Integration (SIT), User Acceptance (UAT), regression and automation testing of Native Mobile Apps;
- Performing testing of sub-components of larger application systems, integrating applications, and continuously optimizing the system structure to improve stability and performance, utilizing User Interface (UI), Web Services, and Automation testing, using Agile and Scrum testing methodologies;
- Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data and process models, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Project;
- Designing test plans and drafts, executing test cases and tracking defects using Atlassian JIRA and VersionOne;
- Creating test scripts, plans and cases, logging defects, and generating test execution reports utilizing JIRA, Microfocus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and VersionOne;
- Executing automated testing utilizing Karate Framework and Selenium WebDriver with Cucumber Framework; and
- Participating teams in the execution of Native Mobile Apps and Web based application implementation for end clients; and
- Synchronizing SIT, UAT, regression and automation testing to test artifacts across all phases of testing, utilizing Microfocus ALM.
