Work You’ll Do
Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud; may perform design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Drive various aspects of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which may include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, and escalations of urgent issues. Design and develop data governance standards, roles and responsibilities; design data conversion strategies and facilitate data conversion, mapping and cleansing workshops to support the clients’ conversion to Cloud. Perform assessments of existing information systems, identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, and estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Driving implementations of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), utilizing IBM WebSphere Application Server;
- Providing technical support for the existing Production and Disaster Recovery environments;
- Providing support to automate the application deployments, using Ansible and Ant scripts;
- Defining project approaches and driving products, utilizing IBM WebSphere Application, eDirectory, Experian Address Validation, Oracle BI Publisher, OpCon and Oracle Policy Automation implementation activities across the SDLC, including process design and assessment of business, and launch readiness;
- Developing detailed implementation plans for deploying products, utilizing IBM WebSphere Application, eDirectory, Experian Address Validation, Oracle BI Publisher, OpCon and Oracle Policy Automation functionalities and integrations, establishing key project milestones, and developing high-level architecture;
- Driving aspects of the projects and workstreams, including monitoring and identifying project issues in order to mitigate risks, using Splunk;
- Developing and reviewing required project documentation, including gap analysis reports, roles and responsibilities documentation, and process documents; and
- Utilizing IBM WebSphere Application, eDirectory, Experian Address Validation, Oracle BI Publisher, OpCon batch process, Splunk and Oracle Policy Automation to support and perform regression testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions.
