Work You’ll Do
Drive software testing and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments big technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions in the insurance, financial services, healthcare, state and local government, telecom, and retail industries. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities; understand business use cases and draft test cases that describe system requirements, entry criteria, and exit criteria. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, and coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope. Research user reported issues, identify root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Drive test estimation, test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting as well as coordinate testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Performing assessments of existing information systems and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, utilizing robust testing frameworks and test methodologies which includes functional and non-functional testing;
- Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing logical elements from the business domain and Requirements Trace Matrix;
- Synchronizing new and existing system testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing, utilizing developed detailed test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts;
- Tracking system defects using bug tracking tools including HP Application Life Cycle Management (ALM), Jira, and Bugzilla, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details;
- Performing environment checks, performance validations, database administration, configuring and customizing tasks to understand the technical requirements and validate the overall functionality as an integrated system;
- Developed code for automation of test scripts for Web UI using Java and Selenium framework; and
- Automated test data requirements using REST and SOAP requests by sending API commands to server and validate the response.

Annual Salary: $118,600 - $124,530
