Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Senior Analyst in Charlotte, NC and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Provide software testing and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Research user reported issues, identify root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Perform testing activities by understanding business use cases and draft test cases that describe system requirements, entry criteria, and exit criteria. Create test cases for functional, non-functional, system integration, black-box, white-box, and end-to-end testing for software implementation. Perform test estimation, test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting as well as coordinate testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing, including SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), End-to-End, and Performance Testing. Route all test cases, testing results and reports for approvals as per established validation protocols.

Requirements:

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Performing assessments of existing information systems and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, utilizing Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
  • Synchronizing System, Integration (SIT) and Automation testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing, utilizing Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) models and techniques including Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and reusable objects with Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE) and eXtensible Markup Language (XML) file paths;
  • Testing sub-components of larger application systems, integrating applications, and continuously optimizing the system structure to improve stability and performance, utilizing complex logical and physical designs, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Class Diagrams, and Design Specifications;
  • Developing automation test scripts using J2EE, Object-oriented programming (OOP), Test Data Development (TDD), and Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) models with Selenium for end to end validation of the user interfaces of Web based applications and Integrated Eligibility System (IES);
  • Tracking system defects using Microsoft (MS) Azure DevOps tools including Team Foundation Server (TFS), Visual Studio, Rational Qualifty Manager (RQM), Rational Team Concert (RTC), and Atlassian JIRA to coordinate defect resolution efforts, and document resolution details;
  • Performing automation dry runs with reusable code, WebDriver Methods, Element Locators and TestNG annotations on administration, configuring and customizing tasks to understand the technical requirements and validate the overall functionality as an integrated system; and
  • Writing Structured Query Language (SQL) prepare and procedure queries of moderate to high complexity using MS Azure MySQL, and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
