Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Manager in Atlanta, Georgia and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build and deploy solutions for information technology projects. Manage and deliver components of engagements in connection with information technology projects, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing ServiceNow and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework for incident management, problem management, and change management, using GitLab, Jenkins, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies;
- Guiding teams that participate in project kick-off meetings, requirement gathering workshops, design workshops, cross-functional team meetings, prototyping workshops, and transition meetings between project and operation teams for the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures utilizing Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft (MS) Teams, Zoom, WebEx, and MS Visio;
- Developing, maintaining, and coordinating project schedules and deliverables for clients using Jira, ServiceNow, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS SharePoint;
- Defining performance measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on stakeholders’ discussions, data, and trend analysis using Jira, Confluence, and custom dashboards created in ServiceNow;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs, and use cases, to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs using MS Visio and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) in MS Excel, UML diagrams, Eclipse, NetBeans, and GitLab;
- Participating in business processes and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation utilizing Eclipse, NetBeans, SQL Navigator, Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE), Spring, PL/SQL procedures and views in Oracle and SQL Server databases; and
- Guiding development, testing, deployment, and Code editing, debugging, troubleshooting, and version control integration, utilizing Eclipse, NetBeans, GIT, Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub pull requests, Jenkins and Log4J.
