Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Manager in Philadelphia, PA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build and deploy solutions. Manage and deliver components of information technology project engagements, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies for information technology projects. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Microsoft (MS) ASP.NET, C#.NET, Structured Query Language (SQL) Server, UNIVERSE Software, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) defined processes to lead information technology projects, including managing, creating and modifying existing software, upgrading interfaces and improving performance;
- Participating in teams that participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures utilizing ITIL methodology including incident, problem, and change management processes;
- Defining performance measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on stakeholders' discussions, data, and trend analysis using C# Programming and Transact-SQL (T-SQL) queries;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs using Microsoft (MS) Team Foundation Server (iFS), and Visio;
- Coordinating business processes and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation utilizing C# Programming, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), and Representational State Transfer Application Programming interface (RESTful API) services; and
- Creating plans to mitigate risks and issues over the course of the project, and monitoring the scope using change management processes, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
