Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Manager in Houston, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build and deploy solutions. Manage and deliver components of information technology engagements, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies for information technology projects. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing C#.NET, Active Server Pages (ASP), .NET, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), ADO.NET, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Java Script, and Salesforce to participate in information technology projects, including wholesaler credit card reimbursement, application maintenance and development;
- Participating in teams involved in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures utilizing Agile, and Waterfall methodologies;
- Developing, maintaining, and participating in project schedule and deliverables for clients utilizing Visual Studio, SQL Server, Oracle, and My SQL;
- Defining performance measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on stakeholders’ discussions, data, and trend analysis utilizing ServiceNow and Maximo;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, utilizing BizTalk, Control-M, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Talend, Dell Boomi, and AppWorx;
- Participating in business processes and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation utilizing Architecture of Integrated Information Systems (ARIS), Unified Modeling Language (UML), and Visio;
- Participating in development, testing and deployment, utilizing JIRA, Microsoft Azure, and ActiveX Data Object (ADO) board; and
- Creating plans to mitigate risks and issues over the course of the project, and monitoring the scope utilizing change management processes, including Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methodologies.
