Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects including the end to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Manage the design and implementation of largescale data ecosystems, including data management, governance, and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging Cloudbased platforms. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage and lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Participating in the creation of innovative and transformative Cloud-based technology solutions to address clients’ next generational needs, and creating effective finance transformation strategies and roadmaps, utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) packaged solutions, including Procure-to-pay, assets, expenses, general ledger, and related financial reporting;
• Participating in and delivering components of engagements, including managing teams that participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, including scenario design and flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures within the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
• Developing and reviewing required project documentation, including product overview presentations, finalized client design documents, Business process flow diagrams, security configuration matrix, Configuration Workbooks, user stories for testing, and job aids for user training;
• Participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, providing leadership and support for delivery teams, mentoring staff, assessing engagement performance, and performing yearend reviews;
• Participating in project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members, and monitoring and reporting statuses, risks, and dependencies across projects, utilizing Smartsheets, Enterprise Risk Management, and Jira;
• Building reusable Financial ERP assets and developing Finance as a service solution to increase marketplace leadership.
