Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Austin, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization for information technology projects, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP Best Practices and Rapid Deployment Solutions (RDS);
• Working across phases of the Waterfall, Big Bang, and Iterative model of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Project, Excel, and Visio;
• Participating in large-scale SAP S/4 HANA (Business Suite 4 HANA), and Central Finance (cFIN) implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance, and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing MS PowerPoint, and Teams, and Atlassian Jira;
• Utilizing HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to support and perform Integration, and User Acceptance (UAT) testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing MS Word; and
• Performing SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), and cFIN production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing ServiceNow.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
