Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
•Managing and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing optimal implementation approach for business case (greenfield vs brownfield), industry best practices and processes decomposition;
•Working across phases of the SAP Hybrid Agile including Prepare, Imagine, Deliver & Run for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing fit-gap analysis, industry business process mappings, client workshops, and SAP global design templates
•Leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA and Central Finance (CFIN) implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
•Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating Core SAP solution and External systems (interfaces) using standard SAP S/4HANA – CFIN functionality, custom RICEFW objects and data feeds applications in the client’s landscape;
•Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing Enterprise Value Delivery (EVD) methodology, deploying Global SAP Template approach, and developing functional design specifications;
•Managing project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Microsofts’ project management tools, Project, Visio, SharePoint, and Excel;
•Utilizing HP ALM, Team Foundation Server/Microsoft Azure DevOps Server (TFS) and PowerBI to support and perform multiple Integration Testing Cycles (ITC) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles for multiple client finance releases across workstreams to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; and
•Performing SAP Record to Report (RTR), External Commercial Interfaces and Payroll Migration production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing ServiceNow and Jira softwares.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
