Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the information technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies for information technology projects. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal information technology processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Microsoft (MS) Office 365, Visio, Project, and Teams, and Zoom to participate in software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Property and Casualty Insurance industries;
- Participating in all phases of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing, and implementing insurance products available to enterprise-level clients including Majesco Property and Casualty (P&C) Core Suite and Guidewire;
- Utilizing Core Java, JavaScript, Extensible Markup Language (XML), Atlassian Jira, and MS SharePoint and Project to participate in the design and development of project solutions;
- Participating in functional, system integration (SIT), performance, regression, user acceptance (UAT), and security testing, utilizing Jira, Selenium, LoadRunner, and Tricentis NeoLoad to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
- Participating in teams focused on design, development and execution of engagements;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs, utilizing interview methods including surveys, questionnaires and face-to-face using tools including Qualtrics, Zoom, and MS Teams;
- Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders utilizing MS Project and Office 365 with agreed upon Project Governance Model; and
- Leading and collaborating in the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing Jira, Zoom, and MS Project, SharePoint, and Teams.
