Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects for software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Coordinate day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Participate in aspects of the information technology project proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Schedule and facilitate meetings related to information technology projects, monitor project milestones, and submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Coordinate project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, ands cope, and develop implementation plans that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI). Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Participate in all phases of Waterfall and Agile project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing, and implementing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI and Tableau reports for enterprise-level clients;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state, systems, processes, and environments, utilizing Excel, Visio and PowerPoint;
• Utilizing Waterfall and Agile methodologies to manage the design and development of project solutions;
• Resolving technical issues during project rollouts, utilizing Visual Studio, SSRS, SQL, SourceOffSite and Team Foundation Server (TFS);
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders utilizing MS Project and PowerPoint; and
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio.

Annual Salary: $179,171.00 - $241,000.00.
