Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors, and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Lead aspects of the information technology project proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing current state diagnostics;
• Supervising teams focused on strategy through execution phase of the engagements;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs, utilizing fitgap methodology;
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status, to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Microsoft Project Plan, trackers, and Agile methodology;
• Managing the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks; and
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing various training material, utilizing leading practice information from Industry solutions, System Integration Testing and User Testing methodologies.

Annual Salary: $155,542.00 - $229,500.00.
