Work You’ll Do
Manage engagements that lead clients through complex transitions that come with transactions and transformations that are part of that journey, including target identification and pre-deal due diligence, M&A roadmaps, strategies, and synergy targets, developing Day 1 projects and plans and post Day 1 planning and execution. Manage integrated, cross-functional teams that deliver Merger & Acquisition (M&A) engagements across all phases of the M&A lifecycle include due-diligence, pre-close, and post-merger integration. Manage the design organization design, policies, process maps, and performance measures utilizing operating model assessment methodology, spans and layer analysis, and industry benchmarking techniques from sources. Manage the design, architecture, development, release, operation, and maintenance of software and advanced analytics products to help clients proactively plan and implement post-merger integration activities as well as manage complex carve out projects. Manage service excellence by identifying key business issues, determining needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations. Manage aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Participating in day-to-day interactions, and developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients working in an onshore-offshore model;
• Coordinating post-launch support to troubleshoot IT-related issues, utilizing SQL, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Informatica, Tableau, Jira, and Python;
• Coordinating Unit and Integration testing after the data merge for converged and migrated customers, leveraging SQL scripts and Informatica;
• Participating in workshop sessions with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, utilizing current and future-state process analyses, feasibility studies, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and process mapping;
• Providing subject matter expertise across components of IT, including infrastructure, applications, IT operations, Active Directory, end-user computing, messaging, enterprise architecture, and testing;
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Jira, Microsoft (MS) Project, and Scrum, Agile, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies; and
• Developing and mentoring staff, assessing engagement performance, and performing year-end reviews.

Annual Salary: $167,325.00 - $278,875.00.
