Work You’ll Do
Manage software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.
• 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Functioning as integrator between business needs and technology solutions to manage software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Health and Human Services industries;
• Managing all phases of Enterprise Value Delivery (EVD) for project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing, and implementing business rules in Business Rule Management Systems (BRMS) including IBM WebSphere Operational Decision Management (WODM), and IBM ILOG for enterprise-level clients;
• Managing Manual and Automation testing, utilizing Selenium and facilitating Unit, Integration, System Integration (SIT) and User Acceptance (UAT) testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
• Reviewing codes and providing recommendations for solution implementation, utilizing SonarQube, FishEye, and Crucible Code Review Tool;
• Managing the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing daily standup calls, conducting demo sessions, and creating test suite to perform integration testing;
• Resolving technical issues during project rollouts by analyzing stored procedures, packages, views, cursors, and queues using Oracle Application Server 10g (Oracle AS) and by analyzing system business rules using Business Rules Execution Server, and defined rule flows;
• Supervising teams focused on conceptual and technical designs, preparing design documents, architecture of enterprise applications, and developing business logic utilizing Joint Application Design (JAD), Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE), Java Server Pages (JSP), Enterprise Java Beans (EJB), and Data Access Objects (DAO) for Health and Human Services industries; and
• Setting up Continuous Build (CB), Continuous Integration (CI), and source code management to achieve fully automated CI and Continuous Delivery (CD), utilizing Bamboo and Apache Subversion (SVN).
