Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Atlanta, Georgia and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects for software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise, utilizing SAP products. Oversee day to day interactions with executives and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the SAP community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.
• 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Coordinating and delivering components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies, utilizing SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Central Finance, and SAP Master Data Governance (MDM);
• Working with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures;
• Tracking application defects, managing defect resolution efforts and documenting resolution details, utilizing Jira, SAP Solution Manager, HP Application Life Cycle Management (ALM), and ServiceNow;
• Developing statement of work (SOW) and client proposals and managing deliverables for every phase of complex implementations for Consumer Products, Retail, Manufacturing, Energy, Resources and Industrial clients using Agile/Waterfall methodology;
• Overseeing full life cycle implementations of complex deliverables by leveraging SAP Fiori, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), S/4 HANA, SAP Business Objects (BOBJ), and SAP CPI across various functional process areas;
• Conducting training sessions to facilitate SAP systems knowledge transfer, including creating training materials and reference guides;
• Coordinating business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of SAP software solutions; and
• Enabling medium and large-scale client go-to-market strategies by converting design inputs into process flows and developing solutions for commercial operations and supply chains using SAP OTC, SAP Plan To Make (PTM), SAP Logistics, SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for Supply Chain, SAP STP, SAP CPI, and SAP S/4 HANA.
